We are only a few weeks away from the 2026 ICRCC. You’ll be receiving an email soon with this information and as a reminder for registration and conferenc planning. We are looking forward to hosting you at Clemson. Again this year the conference will be largely hosted out of the Hendrix Student Center from the 2nd floor. Maps and complete information are available in the final program.

First and foremost, please click here to complete our preconference survey. Be sure to complete the survey no later than February 24. We use this survey to:

  • Ensure your name, affiliation, and country representation is EXACTLY as you would like it on your conference name tags.
  • Sign up for our special sessions — all of which are included in your conference registration fee.
  • Identify any needed accommodations for our colleagues to ensure you have a great conference experience.

We have two exciting pre-conference sessions this year — an interactive crisis simulation followed up by our design thinking workshop. Join us for bridging the gaps between research and practice in these special sessions.

If you still need to register, make sure that you do so before March 4 for the regular conference registration rate. The rates will go up $100 after that. All registration must take place online — even if you register at the conference.

Some conference FAQ’s

  • Will there be shuttles from the Airports to Clemson again this year? Yes — advance registration is required and for more information click here.
  • What does my conference registration fee cover? Conference attendance, coffee & tea throughout the conference, receptions on Monday and Tuesday evening (we always have a lot of food… you probably won’t need dinner afterwards), lunches on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and our special networking breakfast on Wednesday morning. Yes — we have vegetarian, vegan, and halal/ kosher options for all meals.
  • Is there a template for the Poster Presentations? Yes. The guidelines for the posters are available here. It is really important that our poster presenters ensure their posters adhere to the dimensions and submission deadline of Feb. 26 for their poster. The ICRCC will print your poster for you. The submission link for posters only is available in the guidelines linked above.
  • Is there a template for regular Presentations? Yes. The template for individual presentations is available here. The lead author on each of the accepted presentations has already received a link for submitting the presentations. Remember, the presentations must be submitted ahead of your sessions. Ideally, you should submit the presentations before the conference starts. However, we understand that sometimes presentations are updated, so the final deadline for submitting the presentations is 1 hour before your scheduled presentation time. This allows us to download and have your presentations ready to open.
