Flights

The nearest international airport is Montréal–Trudeau International Airport (YUL), located approximately 30 km from the Longueuil campus.

For Canadian travelers (as these would be domestic flights operated by Porter Airlines only), it is also possible to fly into Montréal Metropolitan Airport (YHU), which is just 13 km from the campus.

Accommodation Information

The most conveniently located hotel is the Sandman Hotel Montreal-Longueuil, about a 3-minute walk from campus (250 m). Alternatively, the Hôtel Le Dauphin Montréal-Longueuil is about a 10-minute walk from campus (650 m). It is further and it’s a smaller hotel with no pool, but the breakfast is included. Book before 1 February for a special rate is $130 CAD + tax (approximately $94 USD or €81). Since the Université de Sherbrooke campus sits directly above a metro station, those who prefer to stay in downtown Montreal can easily do so. To make travel to campus more convenient, hotels near Berri-UQAM station, which connects directly to the metro line serving the UdeS campus are convenient. The commute from hotels in that area to the Longueuil campus takes about 15 minutes, including walking and metro time. Here are two hotel suggestions in that area :
