Welcome to the 2024 ICRCC!
Good morning and it’s nearly time for the 2024 ICRCC to get under way!
Here is a reminder of where you’ll be going — to the DPAC building at the University of Central Florida Downtown Campus – 500 W. Livingston St., Orlando, FL 32801. We have circled both the DPAC building (Dr. Phillips Academic Commons) and the parking garage for you as reference.

Registration opens at 1230 in the WEST lobby of the building (there will be signs).
The conference kicks off with poster set up and our design thinking workshop at 1pm. The formal conference welcome is at 3pm in room 106A. And we have our feature panel presentations followed up by the Bridge Award for Excellence in Connecting Research and Practice and welcome reception.
This year, we are also going to have a conference vlog area where you can talk about your research, your conference experience, and your journey in the field of risk and crisis communication. These will be posted online after the conference.
We’ll also have a backdrop set up for pictures! Speaking of which, you can share your pictures of the conference across our social media, but also we would love to create a virtual scrapbook of photos. To do that, go to Eventer (QR code below): https://s.eventer.cc/6pxq7sxc6h/s
See you soon!
