Submissions are now open from now until November 15.

Submissions for the 2026 ICRCC are now open!

Submissions to the ICRCC should be in the form of abstracts (use the form below). The only exception is the Student Paper Competition*, which require the first author to be a student and require a full paper at the time of submission.

Please note that we accept two types of proposals with this form — traditional presentations (10-12 minutes) and high impact poster presentations. You can choose for your abstract to be only considered as either a traditional presentation or high impact poster OR you can submit it for consideration in both categories. Our high impact poster presentations will have the opportunity to record a 2-3 minute presentation of their poster at the ICRCC to be shared on the ICRCA’s platforms.

Please note, we are not accepting panel submissions for 2026. However, if you have an idea for a panel that would be a multi-institutional, multi-national panel on a theme of high contemporary interest, reach out to our President-Elect Bengt Johansson (bengt.johansson@jmg.gu.se) with your idea.

All of our accepted proposals are invited to submit their work to the proceedings after the conference.

When you are ready to submit your abstract, fill out the form below. You will see an automatic confirmation when your abstract has been successfully submitted. We will also manually confirm the receipt of your abstract, via email. Be sure to give us 24-36 hours to do so before contacting us for verification.

If you are submitting multiple abstracts, refresh the page for the form.

*Student Paper Competition Submission Information: Be sure to check the box under the first author name indicating you want your submission considered for the student paper competition AND be sure to upload a PDF of your submission at the end of the form.
